Final Program  

Be advised that the final program brochure will have accurate, up to date information as to room and time assignments for each program session.  There will be signs posted outside each session room as well.

 

Professional Development

Professional Development certificates will be issued at the conclusion of each day's program. It is your responsibility to collect attendance certificates at each presentation

 

Parking/Meals

 

Parking fee is $3.00.

 

Please be advised that rush hour traffic on Route 18 is very heavy and the Hilton has only one entrance to the parking garage.

Plan accordingly to make the 8AM session!

Presenter Information

All accepted presenters will be notified via email of day and time of presentation by November 4, 2005.

  1. Presenters are requested to provide a "handout" of their presentation information for the convention CD that will be distributed to all attendees. Submission deadline is February 1, 2006. You must also provide an assessment for student learning where applicable. Details will be emailed to you.

  2. Hospitality Room offers beverages and light snacks. Lunch is not provided.

  3. Registration fee is waived for convention presenters on the day they present.

  4. Honorariums are not provided for NJAHPERD members. Commercial presentations are limited to Exhibitors at the discretion of NJAHPERD.

  5. Please make every effort to provide your own AV equipment. We do not provide data projectors. All requests for AV equipment after February 1, 2006, may not be honored. We rely on volunteers to provide equipment.

  6. Final programs will be posted on web site on December 1, 2005. Please check often for updates.
