The NJAHPERD Annual Convention is the premier event for professionals in the field of dance education, health education, physical education, physical activity, and recreation in the state of New Jersey! Each year we host nearly 600 professionals and future professionals from around the state. We offer close to 80 unique programs that cover a wide variety of topics and incorporate the most recent findings on how students engage in dance education, physical education, health education, and activity programs. Presentations showcase the latest techniques employed by successful teachers and coaches from not only New Jersey but across the country as well.
We offer a robust exhibit hall with over 35+ different vendors who are friendly and eager to engage in discussion about how their products and services will assist you in providing a quality and efficient environment for your school communities.

Our annual convention gives attendees a unique opportunity to engage in meaningful and constructive conversations with individuals who are operating programs like your own, from all over the state. The chance to share ideas and offer feedback will be an asset in approaching new and innovative ways of adjusting and enhancing your current curriculum, instruction, and assessment strategies.
We take time to appropriately recognize those who have achieved amazing levels of excellence throughout the year. Master teachers, distinguished professionals and outstanding future professionals are acknowledged in front of their peers during our awards ceremony.

2024 NJAHPERD Convention Shirt
The NJAHPERD Convention shirt is a cotton tie-dyed t-shirt, available in unisex sizing (Adult S-Adult 3X). The long-sleeved shirt is available in rainbow tie-dyed; the short-sleeved shirt is available in various tie-dyed colors. The NJAHPERD logo will be printed on the front left chest of the shirt.
It takes approximately 3 weeks to receive so place your order soon and help us create a bright and colorful convention.
***Please Note: Tie Dye is pre-shrunk and runs small because of the dying process.
